This set features great contrast and sharp, vibrant images with the LED backlight. This set features smooth motion detail during fast-action scenes with the Motionflow PRO 240Hz technology. You can connect to the internet and instantly stream a wide variety of media options.

Features:
40” Screen
Full 1080p HD Resolution
TV Guide On-Screen
Deep Color
Auto Picture Setting w/ HDMI
Dolby Digital 5:1 Channel Audio Out
Energy Star compliant
4 HDMI: (2 side, 2 rear; HDMI PC input capability)
2 Component
2 Composite A/V
1 Ethernet
1 USB (side)

Pros:
Very good black levels due to the LED backlighting
Very good 1080p HD resolution
3D compatible

Cons:
Very expensive
3D glasses expensive and not included
Angle viewing is not very good
No built-in Wi-Fi capability

Considering that this device is only “3D Ready” and not true 3D, it’s a little on the expensive side considering you would have to purchase the Synch Transmitter as well as the 3D Active glasses separately.

You can Enjoy vibrant colors and deep blacks with VIZIO’s edge-lit Razor LED backlighting and 128 zone Smart Dimming technology. VIZIO Internet Apps also delivers the latest news, sports and weather through Yahoo. The universal Bluetooth remote’s full QWERTY keypad makes input simple.

Features:
42” Screen
LCD edge-lit technology
3D Technology
Display format 1080p
Refresh rate 480 Hz
Progressive Scan (line doubling)
5 x HDMI input
1 x Antenna (F connector) – Rear
1 x Component video input
3 x USB – Side
Optical Digital Out (SPDIF): 1 Analog Audio Out
1 Ethernet

Pros:
Great picture quality
480Hz refresh rate
Universal remote w/Bluetooth
HD video streaming
Twitter app is great

Cons:
Active 3D glasses expensive
Issue with glare
Keyboard not lit

This Vizio 3D TV is loaded with features that many higher priced HDTVs, let alone 3D models, do not have. Being that this TV is a 3D capable television means you will need a 3D Blu-Ray player and 3D glasses to experience 3D effects. If you’re looking for a great price on a 3D HDTV the Vizio is the one for you.

This set has a lot of feature controls you’re going to love, especially the way they’re set up and function. The LED Smart Dimming technology will let you see the deep black and vivid colors throughout the gray scale. The matte screen is going to limit any glare within the room.

Features:
47” Screen
Full 1080p HD
TruLED backlighting with Smart Dimming
VIZIO Internet Apps
Built-in WiFi
Bluetooth Universal Remote Control
2 – 15W speakers
5 HDMI: 4 in back and 1 on side
1 Component 1 Composite A/V
1 RF 1 PC input (RGB)
1 Ethernet
1 SPDIF Digital Optical Output
1 Stereo Audio Output
3 USB: on the side

Pros:
Great picture quality with good shadow detail
Video streaming, widget content very good
Fantastic Bluetooth Remote
Very good set styling
Very good value

Cons:
Black areas tinged with blue at times
Poor off-area viewing
Fewer picture controls than some
Doesn’t handle 1080p/24 content correctly

Because this Visio 47″ HDTV produces nice deep blacks and full vivid colors, on top of the Bluetooth remote, I believe this is one of the finest sets I’ve seen in a long time. And when you add the great built-in Vizio apps such as Netflix, Amazon VOD, Vudu, etc., you’re going to wonder how you ever got along without it.
